Nicholas Baxter Obituary, Death; – Authorities have released the identity of the man killed in a shooting Friday night in Rockvale. According to Fremont County Coroner Randy Keller, the victim has been identified as 31-year-old Nicholas Baxter.
Deputies with the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the 400 block of Twin Pines after reports of an alleged shooting. Upon arrival, they found Baxter, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident remains under active investigation. Officials say there is currently no indication of an ongoing threat to the public.
