Nathan Scott Boyd Obituary, Death;- A man from Washington passed away on Monday night following a motorcycle accident on Interstate 79 in South Strabane Township.
The deceased has been identified by Washington County Coroner Timothy Warco as 21-year-old Nathan Scott Boyd. According to Warco, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Boyd was heading south when he lost control of his motorcycle close to the Meadow Lands exit.
Boyd was taken to UPMC Washington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:23 p.m. The exact cause and manner of his death are still under investigation. Emergency services from South Strabane and Chartiers Township, along with Ambulance and Chair, responded to the incident. State police are currently conducting an investigation.
