Mujibullah Ghulamhazrat Obituary, Death; – A man from California was discovered shot dead inside a vehicle that was parked outside a residence in Ozone Park on the afternoon of Sunday, June 29.
Officers from the 106th Precinct in South Ozone Park responded to a 911 report of a shooting incident at 135-22 97th St. shortly after 1:40 p.m.
Upon their arrival at the residential area near Aqueduct Racetrack, the officers found an individual slumped over in the vehicle, unconscious and unresponsive, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) arrived at the scene and declared the victim deceased. He was later identified as Mujibullah Ghulamhazrat, 32, from Camino Rabago in Temecula, CA, located southeast of Los Angeles. An NYPD spokesperson stated on Tuesday that the motive for the deadly shooting remains unclear, and noted that no arrests have been made as the investigation continues.
