Michael Knotts Obituary, Death; – A man from LaPorte has lost his life following an accident at a construction site over the weekend, according to officials. The Elkhart County Coroner’s Office reported that the incident occurred on Saturday at the Sunnyside Overpass project in Elkhart.
The deceased has been identified as 31-year-old Michael Knotts, who was employed by Rieth-Riley Construction. The coroner determined that the cause of death was multiple blunt force trauma injuries, and it has been classified as an accidental death.
