Michael Howell Obituary, Death; – A man who was hit and killed by a vehicle over the weekend has been identified. On Monday, Orangeburg County Coroner Sean Fogle announced that the victim is 35-year-old Michael Howell from Orangeburg. Howell was declared dead at the scene of the incident.
According to Coroner Fogle, the accident occurred on Sunday, February 2, at the intersection of Old Cameron Road and Shadow Lawn Drive in Orangeburg, South Carolina. An autopsy for Howell has been arranged for later this week, as stated by the Coroner.
