McKinley Smith Obituary, Death;- The State Police reported that a 32-year-old man from the local area is the individual whose body was discovered on Sunday in Catskill Creek.
Troopers indicated that they are still working to ascertain the cause of death of McKinley Smith, aged 32, from Catskill. His identity was made public by investigators on Tuesday.
Officers retrieved his body from the water after bystanders alerted them to the creek at 11:29 a.m. It is still uncertain how or why the man entered the creek.
