Maykel Farinas Carballo Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life in a shooting incident in Lexington on Tuesday night has been named. Maykel Farinas Carballo, aged 40, was fatally shot while seated in his vehicle located in the front yard of a residence.
According to the Lexington Police, their initial response was to a reported altercation; however, upon arrival, they discovered Carballo deceased. The inquiry into this shooting is still in progress, with an autopsy planned for later this week.
