Marcos Humberto Anaya Jr,Tristan Deon Martin Obituary, Death; The Temple Police Department has confirmed the identities of two individuals who lost their lives in a shooting incident on Sunday in Temple. The victims are 17-year-old Marcos Humberto Anaya Jr. and 18-year-old Tristan Deon Martin, both residents of Temple.
Officers responded to a report of gunfire in the 1900 block of North First Street at approximately 4 a.m. Upon their arrival, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. Shortly after, around 4:16 a.m., authorities were informed that a second victim had been taken to the hospital by a friend.
Justice of the Peace Larry Wilkey declared one victim deceased at the scene, while the other was pronounced dead at the hospital.
