Lisa Rosenzweig Obituary, Death; – A woman discovered deceased within a residence in Rock Hill may have experienced an assault prior to her death, according to statements made by the Rock Hill Police on Monday.
Officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check at a property on Cauthen Street on Saturday. Initially unable to gain entry to the residence, authorities later contacted a contractor working on the property who possessed a key.
Subsequently, officers reported finding 53-year-old Lisa Rosenzweig deceased. Investigators returned to the scene on Monday afternoon to gather additional evidence from the location. Various departments, including forensics, a crime unit, and the coroner’s office, responded to the incident.
At this time, the case is classified as a death investigation. Neighbors indicated that the woman had relatives who did not reside at the home and that renovations were in progress. No information regarding a suspect or the cause of death has been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
