Lee A Charity Obituary, Death; – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting that left a 63-year-old man dead.
Police were called to the 4800 block of Kennebeck Avenue on July 3rd around 2:40 a.m. for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found a man, identified as Lee A. Charity, 63, of Norfolk, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
