Kayleigh Dalrymple Obituary, Death; – A teenager from Chillicothe tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle accident on Friday, as reported by Peoria County Coroner Jamie Harwood.
Kayleigh Dalrymple, aged 14, was taken to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in critical condition after the incident, which occurred at approximately 5 p.m. on County Road 450 N. in Chillicothe. Despite receiving extensive resuscitative efforts and medical care, she was pronounced deceased at around 7:47 p.m. that evening, according to Harwood’s press release.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are currently under investigation.
