Joshua D Strozier Obituary, Death; – A man from Tuscaloosa lost his life on Wednesday afternoon in a collision involving farm machinery on a highway in northern Alabama, according to reports from State Troopers.

Senior Trooper Gregory Corble, representing the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, stated that the fatal incident occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday in Lauderdale County.
The deceased, identified as 26-year-old Joshua D. Strozier from Tuscaloosa, was operating a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado when he struck a John Deere Combine head-on, which was being driven by an individual from Florence.

Corble indicated that Troopers discovered Strozier was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident, and he was declared dead at the scene of the crash, which transpired on Alabama Highway 20 in Lauderdale County. The collision took place roughly 11 miles west of the Florence city limits.
No further details were immediately available as Troopers from the ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue their investigation.
