Joseph Bernard Quesnel Obituary, Death; – Authorities have disclosed the identity of an individual who lost his life in a collision in Enosburgh. On Wednesday, Vermont state police confirmed that the deceased is Joseph “Bernard” Quesnel, an 86-year-old resident of Middlebury. Quesnel tragically passed away on Monday morning after his pickup truck collided with a telephone pole along Stonehouse Road. At the time of the incident, the road conditions were reported to be snowy and icy.
