Jonathan Orta Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost his life in a shooting incident at a Downtown apartment complex on Wednesday night has been named.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the victim as 33-year-old Jonathan Orta. The cause of death has been determined to be a gunshot wound to the torso, with the manner of death classified as homicide.
The incident occurred at approximately 5:41 p.m. on Wednesday at 200 Torreon Street. According to police reports, the victim was shot fatally by a 24-year-old male suspect within the apartment complex. Witnesses assisted law enforcement by directing them to an apartment where the suspect was observed entering, leading to the detention of all individuals present.
