John Heinz Obituary, Death; – The Washoe County Medical Examiner’s Office have identified the man who was shot and killed on E. Street in Sparks on Wednesday, September 18. The Coroner has identified the man as 56-year-old John Heinz from Reno. Heinz was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital, the cause of his death was multiple gunshot wounds. The Sparks Police Department is handling the law enforcement investigation of the case.
