Jerome Stephens Obituary, Death; – Virginia State Police have identified the victim in a recent fatal hit and run.
67-year-old Jerome Stephens George of Jacksonville, Florida, has been identified as the bicyclist who was killed in a hit and run Saturday. Police say this crash remains under investigation and are still searching for the driver involved.
VSP says the driver of the vehicle was described by a witness as a Hispanic or Indian male, with black or brown hair and about 30 to 40 years of age. Damage to the pick-up will be on the driver’s side to include headlight, fender and mirror.
