Ira Keeya Dawkins Obituary, Death; – A 24-year-old woman who lost her life in an ATV accident involving a deer in Dillon County late Thursday night has been named.
Ira Keeya Dawkins, a resident of Dillon, succumbed to her injuries following the incident, which occurred around 9 p.m. on Old Hamer Road near Timberland Drive, approximately five miles east of Dillon, as reported by Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
Dawkins was riding alone when she collided with the deer, resulting in her being ejected from the ATV. She was subsequently transported to McLeod Medical Center Dillon, where she later passed away due to her injuries.
