Hunter Tim Allan Schwartz Obituary, Death; – Hunter Tim Allan Schwartz, a 28-year-old resident of Albert Lea, has been identified as the driver of the Kia involved in the accident. He was transported to a hospital in Windom, where he succumbed to his injuries.
According to the crash report, Schwartz was not wearing a seatbelt during the fatal incident. The Buick was driven by 42-year-old Amy Sue Pigman, who had three boys aged 12, 13, and 14 accompanying her.
All four occupants of the Buick sustained injuries that are classified as non-life-threatening. They were also taken to a hospital in Windom for additional treatment. The State Patrol reported that alcohol was not a factor in the tragic accident, which occurred on a road covered with snow and ice at the time.
