Hunter Lins Obituary, Death; – Mobile Police Department officials have confirmed the identity of the individual who was shot and killed at Alabama Bar & Lounge on Saturday morning as 22-year-old Hunter Lins.
In connection with Lins’ death, 20-year-old Mathew Mason Sanders has been arrested. According to a news release from the MPD, officers responded to the bar shortly before 2 a.m. on February 1 following reports of a shooting in the parking lot. Upon their arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot wound, who was subsequently transported to the hospital for medical attention.
Another individual was also taken to a local hospital by a private vehicle with a gunshot injury. Later that morning, it was confirmed that one of the men, now identified as Lins, had succumbed to his injuries. Sanders faces charges of murder and first-degree assault.
