The deceased has been identified as 56-year-old Henry Joe Herrera, who succumbed to the injuries he sustained in the incident. The collision occurred at approximately 7:35 p.m. on Saturday as the motorcyclist was nearing the intersection of Division Avenue and Pleasanton Road.
At that moment, the motorcyclist was hit by a truck making a left turn at the intersection. Herrera was declared dead upon arrival at the hospital. It has been reported that the driver will not face any charges.
