Heather Fennell Obituary, Death; – The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has released the identity of the decedent in a death investigation in Pender County. On Dec. 4, SBI agents received a request to assist the the Pender County sheriff’s office with a death investigation at a house located at 667 Saw Grass Road in Hampstead.
The deceased has been identified as 46-year-old Heather Fennell. Pender County Schools says that she taught the 6th grade at Topsail Middle. According to SBI, a medical examiner will determine the cause of death. The investigation remains ongoing. This story will be updated as more details are made available to us
