Gudino Gonzalo Obituary, Death; – An elderly individual passed away on Thursday morning after being hit by a vehicle while walking along the roadway, as reported by a news release from the Texas Department of Public Safety. The deceased has been identified as 92-year-old Gudino Gonzalo.
The tragic incident took place around 6:50 a.m. on Farm-to-Market 1575, situated north of FM 2893 in Los Fresnos. As per the release, initial investigations indicated that a white 2003 Chevrolet Astrovan was heading south on FM 1575 when it collided with a pedestrian traversing the southbound lanes.
The driver of the Chevrolet stopped to provide assistance to Gonzalo, who unfortunately succumbed to his injuries at the scene. DPS troopers are actively pursuing their investigation into this fatal auto-pedestrian incident.
