Giovonni Pelletier Missing; – An 18-year-old vacationing in Florida texted for help before going missing, according to his family.
Giovonni Pelletier, 18, was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Friday walking away from a vehicle near State Road 70 in Manatee County, while traveling north on I-75, according to the sheriff.
The family said Giovonni was on vacation in Englewood, Florida, while visiting family and was traveling with cousins. It is believed he “began acting erratically, exited the vehicle, and walked away.” Around the same time, he texted his mother and other family members asking for help, WFTV reported.
