Garrett Elliot Obituary, Death; – A shooting incident in Cumberland County on Sunday resulted in the death of a man.
The Fayetteville Police Department reported that officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Stanton Street following gunfire reports at approximately 3:57 p.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered a man, subsequently identified as 21-year-old Garrett Elliot, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services transported Elliot to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
