Galin Salem Obituary, Death; – One person has died following a crash in Southeast Georgia. According to the Georgia State Patrol, troopers responded Wednesday around 5:40 a.m. to a report of a crash with an ejection on Lanier Road in Tattnall County.
A Lincoln MKZ sedan was traveling east on SR 292. GSP says the driver failed to maintain his lane, left the road and drove into the south embankment of SR 292. The car overturned and the driver was thrown from the vehicle.
The Lincoln landed on top of the driver, who died at the scene. The driver was identified as Galin Salem, 26.
