Scott Chance Obituary, Death; – Authorities have identified a pedestrian who lost his life in a collision involving a vehicle.
Scott Chance, aged 59, succumbed to injuries sustained in the incident that occurred on June 23 at 11:55 p.m. close to the intersection of Kearney Street and U.S. 65.
According to investigators, Chance was struck while attempting to cross Kearney. Law enforcement officials indicate that the pedestrian was not utilizing a crosswalk. Chance was later pronounced dead at a hospital in Springfield.
