Froilan Ortiz Obituary, Death;- Portland police have identified a man who was shot and killed in the Old Town area on Sunday morning. Officers responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 7 a.m. on Northwest Naito Parkway, close to the Steel Bridge, where they discovered 49-year-old Froilan Ortiz, a resident of Portland, deceased in the street.
The medical examiner has determined that Ortiz’s death resulted from a homicide due to a gunshot wound. Currently, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is still active.
