Franklin Hughes,Jabari Cannon Obituary, Death; – The Baltimore Police Department has disclosed the names of four individuals who lost their lives during the initial week of July.
According to the police, Franklin Hughes, born on February 12, 1993, was fatally shot on July 2 in the 3000 block of Westfield Avenue. Jabari Cannon, whose birth date is March 10, 2004, has been identified as the individual who was killed on July 3 in the 1400 block of Thames Street.
Another victim has been identified as Juan Hall, born on January 29, 1988. Hall was killed on July 3 in the 2200 block of Ashton Street. The police report indicates that Aaron Hill, born on September 28, 1986, was killed on July 4 in the 3500 block of Esther Place.
