Frank Carter Obituary, Death; – Thursday afternoon there was a bicyclist killed a crash. It happened on the Fort Mill Highway around 1:30 near the intersection of Calvin Hall road. A 2017 Ford transit van was going east and collided with the cyclist .
The person on the bike has been identified by the Lancaster County Coroner as 78-year-old Frank Carter of Indian Land Per the South Carolina Highway Patrol, Carter who was riding the bike died at the scene. The crash is still under investigation.
