Eric Gutierrez Obituary, Death; – Three individuals were apprehended on Friday in relation to a fatal shooting that occurred over the weekend in Phoenix, as reported by authorities.
The three suspects — 29-year-old Carlos Perez-Rodas, 33-year-old Nelvin Romero-Alonzo, and 20-year-old Kevin Juarez-Rivas — have been booked into a Maricopa County jail, each facing a charge of first-degree murder.
They are believed to be responsible for the death of 32-year-old Eric Gutierrez, who was shot near the intersection of Interstate 17 and Buckeye Road on Sunday afternoon, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 3:30 p.m. and discovered Gutierrez with at least one gunshot wound.
Responders from the Phoenix Fire Department declared him deceased.
No information has been released regarding how law enforcement identified and captured the suspects.
