Authorities reported that Williams was sought in connection with a prior shooting incident that took place near the Hot Spring County Courthouse. At approximately 2:45 p.m., ASP Troopers located Williams traveling east on Moline Street. When the Troopers attempted to initiate a traffic stop, Williams fled at a high speed, making a turn onto Martin Luther King Boulevard.
