Donna Santiago Obituary, Death; – A woman has tragically lost her life after being struck by an SUV in Panama City on Thursday, as reported by the police present at the scene.
The incident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. near the Circle K at the intersection of Lisenby Avenue and 15th Street. According to a press release, the SUV was reversing northward along the shoulder of Lisenby Avenue when it collided with the pedestrian, who was walking on the west side of the road.
The victim has been identified as 53-year-old Donna Santiago, a resident of Panama City. Authorities have stated that the investigation is ongoing.
