Davinia Graham Obituary, Death; – A retired individual has refuted allegations of murdering an elderly woman. Charles Graham, aged 77, faces accusations of killing Davinia Graham, aged 67, on August 30 of this year in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
During a brief session at Bristol Crown Court, the defendant, residing on Fairfield Road in Cheltenham, only confirmed his date of birth and entered a plea of not guilty. The trial is scheduled to commence on March 3 of the following year and is expected to last approximately one week.
Judge Peter Blair KC, the Recorder of Bristol, has scheduled an additional hearing for February 4 and has remanded Graham into custody. Previously, Gloucestershire Police reported that emergency services were summoned to a residence on Fairfield Road at around 3:30 AM on August 31, following a report of a woman who had sustained serious injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
