Darrel Thompson Obituary, Death; – A man from Lincoln lost his life last week in an accident on a rural road in Seward County, as reported by the sheriff’s office on Monday. According to a press release from the Seward County Sheriff’s Office, the deceased has been identified as 50-year-old Darrel Thompson, a resident of Lincoln.
The incident occurred on Thursday at approximately 9:15 p.m. near the intersection of 154th and Pioneers roads, situated just south of Pleasant Dale. The sheriff’s office indicated that Thompson was walking along the road when he was struck by a vehicle. He was subsequently airlifted to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
