Darius Fletcher Obituary, Death; – Cincinnati police have reported the discovery of a deceased male found behind an apartment complex in Avondale. Officers were called to the location on the 3600 block of Alaska Avenue around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday following a report regarding the body.
Personnel from the Cincinnati Fire Department arrived and confirmed that the individual was deceased. Initial assessments by first responders indicated that the man had injuries consistent with a gunshot wound.
The deceased has been identified as 28-year-old Darius Fletcher. The duration for which Fletcher had been lying at the scene prior to the arrival of first responders remains unknown.
Authorities have not released any information regarding potential suspects. Cincinnati police are urging anyone with information related to the incident to contact the department’s homicide unit at 513-352-3542.
