Daniel Patton Obituary, Death; Man killed by semi-truck in Antrim County identified as veteran paramedic

Daniel Patton Obituary, Death; – The motorcycle rider killed on Monday when a semi-truck driver failed to stop at the intersection of Alden Highway and Bailey Road in Antrim County has been identified. Traverse City Firefighters L646 identified him as Daniel Patton and said he was a veteran paramedic in northern Michigan.

“Mr. Patton was a well-respected paramedic that served northwest Michigan for the past 25 years. He responded and cared for patients in the City of Traverse City for many of those years. He was dedicated to helping others and had a great personality,” the fire department said. “L646 firefighters want to offer our deepest condolences to Dan’s family, friends, and co-workers. May he rest in peace.”
