Christine Smith Obituary, Death; – The Summit County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 64-year-old woman who was struck and killed Oct. 13 by a vehicle in East Akron as Christine Smith, Chief Investigator Gary Guenther said.
Smith was killed at the intersection of Kelly Avenue and Triplett Boulevard by a vehicle driven by a 37-year-old man at 6:48 a.m. Akron police are determining whether the driver will be arrested and charged, Lt. Michael Murphy said.
