Catherine Jantie Randolph, aged 32, was a resident of Los Angeles, as confirmed by medical examiner officials. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers arrived at the scene around 11:40 p.m. on Tuesday following reports of a collision near Century Boulevard and South Figueroa Street.
