Brandon M Houser Obituary, Death; – The body of the individual discovered on Thursday morning at the Sullivan County Jail has been confirmed through a death investigation conducted by the Indiana State Police.
The Sullivan County Coroner’s Office has officially identified the inmate as 37-year-old Brandon M. Houser from Sullivan.
As per a news release issued by the Indiana State Police, on Thursday, June 5th, an unresponsive inmate was found during routine checks of jail cells by jail officers. Staff promptly provided medical assistance and called for emergency medical services, but the inmate was declared deceased.
An autopsy carried out on Saturday morning revealed that the injuries were self-inflicted, and there is no suspicion of foul play. The family of the deceased individual has been identified. The investigation is being carried out by the Indiana State Police, with support from the Criminal Scene Investigation (CSI) unit of the Putnamville State Police District.
