Brandon C Harris Jr Obituary, Death; – The High Point Police Department has disclosed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a shooting incident on Colony Drive on Saturday. The victim has been identified as 20-year-old Brandon C. Harris Jr. from High Point.
At approximately 12:19 a.m. on Saturday, law enforcement officers were dispatched to the 3300 block of Colony Drive following reports of an assault involving a deadly weapon. According to investigators, several gunshots were discharged within a residence on Colony Drive, where four individuals were present. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two additional victims who sustained injuries in the shooting are currently hospitalized and reported to be in stable condition. The Violent Crime Unit of the High Point Police Department is actively pursuing the investigation.
