Barry White Obituary, Death; – Authorities are conducting an investigation into a tragic pedestrian accident in Severna Park that resulted in the death of a 70-year-old man.
As reported by the Anne Arundel County police, officers responded to the intersection of Ritchie Highway and Whites Road on January 24 at approximately 6:50 p.m. The incident involved a collision between an SUV and an individual. Preliminary findings indicate that the driver was traveling south on Ritchie Highway when the vehicle struck the pedestrian who was in the roadway.
Emergency services pronounced the victim, identified as Barry White from Gwynn Oak, deceased at the scene. The SUV driver remained at the location and did not sustain any injuries. The Traffic Safety Section is currently investigating the incident.
