Asonta Dunmore Obituary, Death; – The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) has confirmed the identity of a man who was fatally shot near an apartment complex on Wednesday afternoon.
According to police reports, on October 23 at approximately 4 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of 6th Street Southeast, in proximity to the Cascade Park Apartment, following reports of a shooting incident. Upon their arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Asonta Dunmore, a resident of Southeast D.C., who had sustained gunshot wounds.
