Anthony A Gonzales Obituary, Death; – The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office has confirmed the identity of a motorcyclist who tragically lost his life in a traffic accident on Sunday night as Anthony A. Gonzales, 47, a resident of Apple Valley.
The incident, involving a solo motorcycle, occurred at approximately 7:10 PM on December 8, 2024, on Navajo Road, south of Waalew Road. Responding to the scene, firefighters from the Apple Valley Fire Protection District discovered the 2006 Harley-Davidson Road Glide along with the rider.
According to sheriff’s officials, the motorcyclist lost control of the vehicle, veering off the western edge of the roadway and colliding with the dirt shoulder of Navajo Road.
Firefighters called for a helicopter, and the rider was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center. Despite the efforts to save him, Gonzales was pronounced dead. The investigation into the accident is being conducted by the Apple Valley Police Department.
