Amy Bosarge Obituary, Death; – Mobile County sheriff’s deputies have apprehended an individual in relation to a deadly hit-and-run incident that took place over the weekend.

On Saturday, the Bayou La Batre Police Department received a call at 8661 Rollie Tillman Road from a female caller who may have been the victim, as stated in a recent announcement.

Authorities spoke with a witness who reported that both the female and male present at the location had departed the scene.

Upon leaving 8661 Rollie Tillman Road, police discovered a female lying in the roadway, exhibiting injuries indicative of having been hit by a vehicle.

The victim was identified as 46-year-old Amy Bosarge, a resident of the address from which the call was made, according to the sheriff’s office.

Amy was declared deceased at the scene, prompting the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office to initiate an investigation into her death.

On Monday morning, MCSO revealed that Arthur Kirkland, 39, had been taken into custody for manslaughter in connection with this case.
