Allison Kaspor Obituary, Death; – A 20-year-old woman from Monroe was fatally shot early Saturday morning, leading to the arrest of a 22-year-old man, as reported by the Monroe Police Department. According to Monroe PD, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of 4th Street at approximately 5 a.m. following a 911 report regarding the shooting incident.
Upon their arrival, they found the deceased body of Allison Kaspor, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Matthew Rowe was subsequently taken into custody and has been charged with felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
