Thomas E Shepard Obituary, Death; – One individual has been reported deceased following an ATV accident in the Blair Community, according to the Harlan County Coroner’s Office. The office received notification of the incident shortly after 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Deputy Coroner Dale Halcomb arrived at the scene and declared a 75-year-old man, identified as Thomas E. Shepard, dead at 4:28 p.m. As per the coroner’s office, it appears that Shepard lost control of the ATV while ascending a hill, resulting in the vehicle rolling over him. The Kentucky State Police are currently conducting an investigation into the accident.
