Brandon Eastwood Obituary, Death; – A man from Pittsburg tragically lost his life on Tuesday due to a motorcycle accident in Neosho County. The incident occurred at 1:38 p.m. on U-59 Highway, approximately 3.5 miles south of K-47 Highway.
As reported by the Kansas Highway Patrol crash log, 42-year-old Brandon Eastwood was operating a 2014 Victory motorcycle on U-59 Highway. While attempting to overtake another vehicle traveling southbound and subsequently re-entering the southbound lane, he lost control for reasons that remain unclear.
Eastwood was ejected from the motorcycle and was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. According to the crash log, Eastwood was wearing eye protection but was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
