Josiah Torres Obituary, Death; – A Kennewick man is dead after a single-car crash on US 395 on Nov. 5. According to the Washington State Patrol, 21-year-old Josiah Torres was driving southbound on US 395 near milepost 23 at the Pasco city limits when he left the roadway and hit a concrete pillar around 4:55 p.m. Torres died at the scene and his family has been notified, according to the WSP.
