Cidrick Calhoune Obituary, Death; – Irving Police have confirmed the identity of a murdered teenager and have apprehended a suspect in connection with the shooting incident. The event occurred on October 26 at approximately 3 p.m. on Cowboys Parkway, near Valley Ranch Parkway. Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered the deceased body of 18-year-old Cidrick Calhoune.
Authorities believe that the individual responsible for the shooting is 17-year-old Khalil Phillip Lavell Townsend. On October 28, Townsend was located and taken into custody. He faces charges of murder and is currently awaiting bond at the Irving jail. The investigation remains active.
