Terfils Juste Saint Obituary, Death; – A man was apprehended on Tuesday evening in relation to a fatal stabbing incident in Boaz. As reported by the Boaz Police Department, River Hammett, 25, from Dawson, was taken into custody following a short foot chase after a deceased individual was discovered in the parking lot of Western Sizzlin. The deceased has been identified as Terfils Juste Saint, 38, from Albertville.
Authorities indicated that preliminary investigations suggest that the suspect and the victim were not acquainted, and it has been classified as an isolated event. Law enforcement confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the community. Hammett faces charges of Murder-Non-Family-Knife and is currently being held without bond at the Marshall County Jail.
